Instructions

  1. First, cut 2 slices diagonally about 6 mm thick from an unsprayed cucumber. The slices are then cut into strips of the same thickness so that they are roughly the shape of fine French fries.
  2. Put the cucumber slices in a suitable glass together with 3 ice cubes. Then there is frozen gin and then the chilled tonic water.
  3. The mixing ratio can vary between 1: 1 or 1: 3 depending on your taste.
  4. Tip: I use Hendricks Gin and Schweppes.
