Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash the pear, remove the stem and flower and cut into pieces. Rinse the raspberries briefly. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Squeeze the lemon. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces. Wash the persimmons, remove the flower and cut into pieces.
  2. Put everything one after the other in a mixer and add the remaining ingredients. Mix on the highest level for about 1.5 minutes.
  3. The amount is approx. 1 liter and can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 days.
  4. Tips: If you want, you can add 1 teaspoon of linseed, hemp or chia oil.
  5. If you don`t want to use a plant-based drink, you can of course also use low-fat milk.
