Instructions

  1. Whip the yogurt with honey, cinnamon and cloves until creamy. Soak the plums for a while, then wash and slice them. Wash the pears, cut them in half and remove the stones. Dice one pear and cut the other into wedges. Mix the fruit pieces and the ginger into the cream.
  2. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and garnish with the pear wedges.
