Instructions

  1. 1 serving = 500 ml iced tea
  2. For the tea, put water and grape juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then remove the pot from the stove and let the tea bags soak in the liquid for 4 - 6 minutes. Then remove the tea bags and let the liquid cool down briefly. Squeeze the limes and mix the juice into the tea. Put the cooled tea in the refrigerator, preferably overnight.
  3. For the syrup, peel the ginger and cut into small slices. Put water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add sugar and ginger while stirring and let simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes. Then let the syrup cool down and then put it in the refrigerator.
  4. Mixing: Mix 2 liters of tea with 250 ml of syrup and 1.8 liters of water for 8 servings (4 liters).
  5. Serving: Pour the mixture into glasses and add ice cubes and / or frozen red fruits as desired.
