Instructions

  1. Wash the ginger and apple well with their peel under hot water. The peel of ginger and apple is also mashed. Core the apple and cut off the woody ends of the ginger. Cut both ingredients into very small pieces and squeeze the lemon.
  2. Put the ginger and apple in a blender and mix both ingredients for a short time on a high level. Then add the lemon juice and honey. Mix all ingredients for about 3 minutes on a high level.
  3. The juice can now be drunk and stored in a small glass bottle with a lid in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If you prefer the juice without bits, you can pass it through a sieve in advance.
  4. Every day after getting up you should take a small shot, i. H. a small shot glass full to be drunk. This strengthens the immune system over the dark season.
