Fill a sufficiently large saucepan with two liters of water. Cut the fresh ginger into thin slices and add to the pan with the cold water. Let everything boil once. After boiling, let everything simmer for at least three hours at around 80 degrees.
Divide the fruit in the middle and squeeze. Pour the fruit juice into a suitable container and set aside. The remaining pulp can now be added to the saucepan with the simmering ginger.
After the ginger with the pulp has simmered for three hours, bring everything to the boil again and remove from the stove. Now add the 100 ml honey and the pressed fruit juice to the saucepan and stir.
Pour the mass through a thin-mesh sieve into a suitable container and the healthy one is ready

Note: I pour the tea into two 1 liter thermos flasks, then I can drink the two liters throughout the day. You are also welcome to use other fruits depending on your taste.
