Instructions

  1. Peel the fresh ginger and cut into small pieces. Then pour the boiling water over it. Mix everything with lemon and honey and change if necessary. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes. The pieces of ginger settle on the bottom of the cup, so sifting is not absolutely necessary.
  2. The longer you let the tea steep, the hotter it becomes.
  3. Said to be good for burning fat.
