Wash the ginger and turmeric and cut 15 thin slices each. Wash the herbs and pluck the leaves from them. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice, herbs, ginger and turmeric and simmer for 10 minutes. Take the pot off the stove and let it steep for another 10 minutes. Pour everything through a sieve into a carafe and let cool down well.
