- Cut the ginger into 10-15 thin slices. Put the water in a saucepan and heat it up. Add the ginger slices and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Take off the stove and add the honey. If it`s not sweet enough, add more honey. Let cool down.

- If organic ginger is not used, peel the ginger before cooking.
