Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add a spoonful to the dough. Always pour in some of the milk in between so that the dough becomes nice and creamy. Finally add gingerbread spice and clove powder, nuts and honey and stir again vigorously.
  2. Grease a baking sheet and dust it with flour, or line it with baking paper - spread the dough on it and put it in the preheated oven. Bake at 180 - 200 ° for approx. 20 minutes (stick test)!
  3. When the cake has cooled down, simply brush the chocolate icing on it, sprinkle with flaked almonds and cut into cubes, rectangles or triangles as you like.
