Instructions

  1. Soak the pitted dates in half of the coconut milk overnight. Add the chia seeds, the vanilla powder and the gingerbread spice to the other half of the coconut milk and put them in the fridge overnight as well.
  2. Mix the dates and coconut milk in a blender until everything is well combined. Add the chia pudding and divide the liquid between two glasses or plates. Garnish with the hazelnuts.
