Instructions

  1. Let the vanilla ice cream thaw for 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, finely crumble the gingerbread and whip the cream until stiff.
  3. When the ice cream is no longer so firm, mix it with the gingerbread and 200 g of the whipped cream.
  4. Spread the sour cherries and some juice between glasses, spread the cream on top, decorate with the remaining cream and bark chocolate
