Instructions

  1. Place the oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl and pour the almond drink over it. Remove the core from the apple or pear. Grate the pulp and mix with the oatmeal. Put everything in the microwave for 2 minutes at the highest level.
  2. Add gingerbread spice, cinnamon and sweetener, let cool down briefly and finally fold in the skyr or quark.
