Clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spring onions into rings and cut the chives into small pieces. Melt the herb butter in a pan. Stew the mushrooms and spring onions in it for about 10 minutes. Add the cream, light or sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Finally sprinkle the chives on top.
In total, the court has 11 or 13 PP. Sufficient for 3 - 4 people. (3.5 - 4 pp / portion)
It goes well with white bread or baguette - but also very tasty with (bread) dumplings and salad.
