Instructions
- Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel the cucumber into long strips with a peeler. Cut the spring onion into fine rings and finely chop the ginger and chilli. Mix with the pasta.
- For the dressing, stir together the chopped coriander, vinegar, yoghurt and spices, pour over the salad and mix well.
- Let the salad stand for at least 30 minutes, season again if necessary.
- Not only great for grilling but also with fried turkey sticks!
