Prepare the glass noodles according to the packaging instructions.
Fry the minced meat. Add the onions, then the carrots and peppers. Fry everything and then add tomato paste and a little water, just so that the mixture is a little runny. Season with salt and pepper and herbs, e.g. dill, oregano and parsley.
Then mix the pasta with the minced meat mixture.
I always serve the salad lukewarm. This recipe is from my mother-in-law and it`s delicious.
