Instructions

  1. Soak glass noodles in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes and then briefly blanch them in boiling water. Quench and, if necessary, cut through with kitchen scissors so that the pasta can then be better mixed. Cook the minced meat with a little water. Wash the onions and cut into strips approx. 1 cm in size. Wash tomatoes and cut in half. Mix all ingredients well and add the chopped coriander. Season to taste with lime juice, chili paste, sugar, sesame oil, soy and fish sauce.
