Boil the glass noodles for about 3 - 5 minutes, drain well and place in a small bowl.
For the sauce, add peanut butter, onion, garlic, lemon juice, date syrup or agave syrup, water, a little oil and tamari sauce or soy sauce to the mixer. Finally stir everything into a smooth, creamy paste and pour over the pasta. Garnish with sesame seeds and cress or other sprouts of your choice.
The advantage of tamaris sauce is that it does not contain gluten and is therefore a great alternative to soy sauce, especially for allergy sufferers. But if you have no problem with gluten, you can of course also use the tried and tested soy sauce.
