Cut the meat into very narrow strips and fry first the beef and then the pork in portions.
Clean the vegetables, cut the carrots into slices, the peppers in strips and the spring onions in 1 cm pieces and add to the pan with the meat. Add the sesame seeds and roast everything well.
Chop the peppers, mushrooms and garlic, add briefly and season as needed.
Chop the well washed celery leaves and fold in.
Then add the tomato paste and deglaze with a little water. Then pour the soy cream over everything and simmer gently for a few minutes. If necessary, add a dash of water.
In the meantime, let the glass noodles soak in hot water for a few minutes, cut them into small pieces and mix with the dish.
