Cut the carrots into strips approx. 0.5 cm thick and cook with the water in a non-stick pan for 5 - 10 minutes after the desired firmness. Add salt, pepper and agave syrup. The water should be boiled off when it is firm to the bite; a little water may have to be added. Just before the end, add the peas and serve the vegetables.
I only use the peas for the look, they can also be mixed with fresh herbs, for example. B. Replace parsley or beans. This is a real kid`s meal.
This goes well with rice or potatoes with a light sauce, chicken, fish just about anything, I think.
