Instructions

  1. Beat all ingredients except for the egg white until frothy.
  2. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake the dough in a springform pan. (approx. 150-160 degrees, 40 min)
  3. Cut the cooled cake in the middle and fill with the buttercream.
  4. Finally, coat the cake with the Lukullus mass.
  5. If you don`t like it so hearty, you can of course leave out the buttercream.
  6. Buttercream: 0.5 l pudding, cooked and cooled, mix with 125g butter until a cream is formed.
  7. Lukullus mass: mix the lukewarm coconut fat with the remaining ingredients and spread on the cake.
