Peel and slice the apples. Then cut out the core and briefly put the apples aside.
Mix the gluten-free universal flour, the milk, the salt and the two egg yolks into a dough. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
Heat the oil in the pan and dip the apple rings one by one in the batter and fry in the oil. Let the finished apple fritters on kitchen paper in a plate drain briefly so that they are not too oily.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the finished apple fritters.
