Mix together tiger nuts, carob powder, powdered sugar (sifted), vanilla sugar and salt. Then knead well with the butter until a creamy mass is formed and a delicious spread is ready.
Keep the spread in a cool place, but not necessarily in the refrigerator, as it will become too firm.
You can enjoy it with (gf) rolls, (gf) bread, (gf) rice waffles, (gf) crispy bread or whatever else you can imagine it to be.
