Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from all the ingredients. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan or into the small Tupperware Ultra pot and smooth it out. Brush with olive oil or just with water
  2. For the loaf pan:
  3. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. Then bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes. In addition, place an ovenproof bowl filled with water on the bottom of the oven.
  4. For the Tupper Ultra pot:
  5. Put the lid on and bake immediately and immediately in a non-heated oven at 220 degrees for 50 minutes with the lid and then bake for about 10 minutes without the lid at 200 degrees.
  6. After baking, do the knocking test on the bread base, if it sounds hollow, the bread is ready. Take the finished bread out of the oven, turn it out of the mold and let cool on a wire rack.
