Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in it. Crumble the yeast into it, add the lukewarm water and stir my fork a little so that some flour is also folded in. Now add the salt and oil and knead everything well.
  2. Do not let the dough rise, use it immediately. Roll out as thinly as possible, place on a piece of baking paper and roll out with the roller. Then place it on a baking sheet and pull it into the corners with your hands.
  3. I then take a glass of pizza sauce according to my own recipe Pizza sauce in reserve, spread the sauce over the whole dough and then add it to taste, e.g., with salami, tuna, mushrooms or paprika. Then just sprinkle with grated cheese and, if necessary, add pizza spice.
  4. Bake in the oven preheated to 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. The dough is so crispy and tastes good even to people who don`t have to eat gluten-free.
