Cut the onion into small pieces. Peel and quarter the zucchini to make thin slices.
Core the two peppers, preferably one red and one yellow, and cut into pieces.
Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
Pour the oil into the pan and sweat the onion in it, add the zucchini and simmer for approx. 3 - 4 minutes. Then add the peppers and the chopped tomatoes. Briefly bring to the boil. Add the cream cheese until it has melted. Season as desired and refine with herbs and season to taste. Simmer until the peppers are soft. Finally add the gnocchi.
