Press the sausage out of the intestine and form small balls with wet hands. Fry until crispy without adding any fat. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
Fry the gnocchis in the hot sausage fat until golden brown. Also take out and keep warm.
Heat the olive oil in the pan and fry the mixed vegetables until crisp. About 10 minutes, depending on the firmness of the bite. Mix everything back together and season with herb butter, pepper and salt.
