Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable stock (or salt water). Halve the zucchini and cut into slices, cut the yellow beetroot into slices. Add to the boiling water with the gnocchi and cook for about 3 minutes (until the gnocchi come to the top).
  2. Cut the pepper into small pieces. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, deglaze with the tomatoes. Add the pepper pieces and bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and the Africa spice mixture (also possible as an Italian version with basil and oregano).
  3. Strain the gnocchi, zucchini and yellow beets and place in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over and mix everything. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top and bake everything in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
