Put the gnocchi in a baking dish. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onions and garlic and add to the tomatoes, then season with the tomato salt.
Briefly put the tomatoes in a pan and add the cream with the tomato paste, then season and simmer a little. Pour the sauce over the gnocchis and spread the diced mozzarella and Gouda cheese over it.
