First prepare the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, cut the ham into cubes of any size.
Drain the gnocchi and leave in the colander. It is best to cover them to keep them warm.
Put the pot back on the stove and reduce the heat so that nothing burns. Add the cream and processed cheese to the saucepan and melt the cheese over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the cheese has melted completely, add the ham and heat.
Take the pan off the stove and add the gnocchi. Let everything stand for another half an hour without heat.
