Cut the onion and garlic cloves into cubes and the leek into rings. Then fry the bacon cubes in the pan (without addition). Add onion, garlic and leek and fry for approx. 7 minutes. Pepper. Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Pour 250 ml of vegetable stock into the pan with the onions, garlic and leeks and cook for another 5 minutes. 1 cup of sour cream with it. Also put the gnocchi in the pan and simmer for about 1 minute, until the sauce has thickened a little. Maybe pepper again.
