Heat the butter in a large pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic briefly. After about 1 minute add the gnocchis and fry for about 3 minutes. Pour in milk so that the bottom of the pan is well covered. Add the processed cheese and the spinach minis and let them dissolve. Briefly boil once. Possibly season with salt and pepper.
Variation: If you like, you can use approx. 75g Gorgonzola instead of the processed cheese.
