- Put all ingredients in a bowl and work into a smooth dough. Then sprinkle flour on a work surface and knead the dough lightly again.
- Then tear off small pieces of the dough and form small balls and press lightly with a fork so that they look a bit like gnocchi.
- Now bring to the boil in the boiling salted water and let it steep until they rise to the top, like with dumplings.
