Instructions

  1. First brown the gnocchi and set aside. Cut the turkey breast fillet into strips and fry on both sides in a deep pan. Dust with flour and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Stir in the pesto and pour in the wine and cream as well. Then salt and pepper. Let everything simmer for a few minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cut the spring onion into rings. Finally add the spring onions and peas and simmer for two minutes. Fold in the gnocchi and serve everything.
