Wash the rocket and shake well dry. Fry the gnocchi in a little oil until they are a nice brown color.
Pluck the ham into large pieces and add to the gnocchi in the pan. Let it take some color. Then put the washed and once carved mini tomatoes into the pan, fry them briefly and let them take temperature.
Then take the pan off the heat and quickly fold in the rocket. Season to taste with the freshly ground pepper and serve immediately, otherwise the rocket will collapse too much.
Salt is usually no longer needed because of the ham.
