Cut the zucchini into slices. Cut the peppers into cubes. Finely dice the garlic. Chop the oregano into small pieces. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the meat all around for about 3 minutes. Remove. Fry the gnocchi in the remaining frying fat for about 3 minutes until light brown and remove. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add zucchini with paprika, fry for 6 minutes. Add the garlic and oregano, sauté briefly. Add the meat and gnocchi, pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper.
