Put on a large pot of water when it boils, add salt and let the gnocchi simmer in it (depending on the instructions on the packet, in 3-6 minutes).
In the meantime, wash and dice the tomatoes and drain the tuna. Chop the tuna and mix with the diced tomatoes with the cooked gnocchi. Stir in the pesto, amount to taste (I don`t put the whole glass in, only about 3/4). Wash the basil and cut into strips, drain the capers and stir in both. Season with a little salt and pepper and let it steep.
