Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Wash and clean vegetables. Thinly slice the zucchini, cut the peppers into small strips and fry everything together in 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  3. Mix the clove of garlic, vinegar, the rest of the oil, tomato paste and vegetable stock into a creamy sauce. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper and garnish with the basil.
  4. Enjoy warm or cold!
