Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
Wash and clean vegetables. Thinly slice the zucchini, cut the peppers into small strips and fry everything together in 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Mix the clove of garlic, vinegar, the rest of the oil, tomato paste and vegetable stock into a creamy sauce. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper and garnish with the basil.
