Dice the onion and sauté together with the bacon in a non-stick pan until translucent. Prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, peel the carrots, wash and core the bell peppers, and cut both into cubes. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
Also put the vegetables in the pan and cook until soft. Possibly add some water or broth. Season sparingly with salt and pepper.
When the vegetables are soft, add the gnocchi and basil, mix together. Dice the feta, mix in briefly and serve immediately.
Tip:
Also tastes good when cooled as a salad, dress with (balsamic) vinegar and oil as desired.
