Cut the bacon into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Wash the rocket as needed and dry it in a salad spinner. Peel the garlic clove.
Melt the butter in a small glass bowl in the microwave. Squeeze the garlic with a garlic press, add the lemon juice and mix everything together.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon in it. After about 2 minutes, add the gnocchi and fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Then take the rocket in your fist and cut it into small pieces with the scissors over the frying pan and let it fall into the pan. Let simmer for about 2 minutes until it has collapsed. Then add the butter mixture and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
