Cut the ham into small strips and fry briefly in the oil in a non-stick pan. Then add the whipped cream and, in the cream cup, add the same amount of milk. Remove the processed cheese from the foil and also place it in the pan. Use a wooden spoon to divide the cheese into small pieces. Then bring the milk and cream mixture to the boil and keep stirring until the whole cheese has melted. Turn down the temperature.
In the meantime add salted water for the gnocchi and when it boils let the gnocchis boil for 1-2 minutes. Pouring off.
