Fry the minced meat with a clove of garlic, season with pepper, salt and paprika powder. Cut the zucchini and tomatoes and fry them in the pan with the minced meat.
Season the yogurt with pepper, salt and paprika. Cut or press the other clove of garlic very finely and mix with the yoghurt. Stir in about half of the parsley.
Cook the gnocchi in well-salted water and add to the minced vegetable mixture in the pan. Mix well and fry briefly.
Remove the pan from the plate and let it cool slightly. Then spread the seasoned yoghurt over the top and stir well. Spread the rest of the parsley over the arranged plates.
