Wash and dry the prawns. Clean the asparagus, peel the lower third and slice the asparagus diagonally into thin slices. Prepare the gnocchi in hot salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Wash the onions and cut into cubes and fry them with the asparagus in the heated butter for approx. 3 minutes. Add the prawns and brown them nicely with a little salt and pepper.
Pour in the broth and cream, bring to the boil and season with honey, lime juice and zest, as well as salt and pepper. Thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener. Mix in the gnocchi, arrange on 3 plates and serve.
