Heat the pan with the oil. Add the onion, garlic and tofu to the pan and fry everything. Add the pumpkin, put the lid on the pan and let it simmer. If there is not enough liquid in the pan, add a little water. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Put on water for the gnocchi and cook them according to the instructions on the packet.
When the water boils, pour the soy cream and lemon juice into the pan. Season to taste with the spices listed above and add the rocket. Briefly put the lid on the pan again.
