- Core the tomatoes and finely dice with the zucchini, paprika and mushrooms.
- Chop fresh parsley and chives and divide into 2 portions.
- Fry the vegetables in a pan with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper and stir in half of the herbs.
- Then take it out of the pan and keep it warm.
- Melt the cream cheese in the pan and season with the remaining herbs and pepper. Now heat the gnocchi in the cream cheese sauce.
- Serving suggestion:
- Place the vegetables in the middle of the plate and drape the gnocchi around them.
