Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave.
  3. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion in it. Add the ham and fry it. Add the mushrooms and fry them too. Add the defrosted spinach and defrosting water and season with instant vegetable stock, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the cream cheese. If the whole thing is still too thick, add a little water.
  4. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and serve immediately.
  5. P.S. If you like, you can stir finely chopped mozzarella into the sauce and let it melt.
