Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic, onion, carrots, broccoli and tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Fry the first two ingredients in a little olive oil. Then add the carrots and cook briefly. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Add soy cream, refine with tomato paste and bring to the boil. Add broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer on low heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with spices.
  4. Meanwhile, let the gnocchi soak in simmering water for 2-3 minutes until they float on top.
  5. Arrange both in one plate and enjoy!
