Goaß is called the goat in Bavaria. Here it is an old Munich recipe, made from pork ribs.
Salt and pepper the potatoes and place in a well-greased roasting dish. Pour cream and milk over them. On top you put the pork ribs and let the potato and rib mixture bake in the roasting tube.
You have to poke around in it more often and possibly add milk or cream - it should be really juicy.
