Instructions

  1. For the salad, cut the carrot julienne and mix well with the endive salad, mix in half of the chopped walnuts.
  2. For the vinaigrette, put oil, vinegar, honey, a quarter of the walnuts and salt / pepper in a sealable container, close and shake well. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix well. Scatter the rest of the walnuts over the salad.
  3. For the goat cheese balls, cut the goat cheese into cubes, wrap each of them with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Sear the wrapped balls in a hot pan on both sides so that the cheese melts slightly. Spread the still warm goat cheese balls wrapped in bacon on the salad.
