Instructions

  1. Whip the cream or similar product until stiff, mix with goat`s cream cheese and honey; Chill for a good 2 hours.
  2. Cut the cleaned strawberries in half or quarter, depending on the size, season with balsamic vinegar and possibly a little honey. Distribute on serving bowls, use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon (wet beforehand) to cut off the cams from the cream and place on top.
  3. Variations:
  4. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of drained green peppercorns with the strawberries.
  5. Instead of strawberries, halved, pitted grapes or orange fillets also taste good.
  6. Grapes go well with chopped walnuts or pecans, roasted in a pan without fat until they are fragrant.
  7. Pine nuts go well with all types of fruit, roasted in a pan without fat until they are fragrant.
